Light packing guide
Clothing:

We're thrilled to have you join us! To make your experience even better, we kindly ask that you pack light to avoid any space and weight issues. For your safari, we recommend sticking to dark colored Khaki, brown olive, and camouflage clothes that won't make noise.
Here's a basic list of what to bring:

Fees and Payment

Animals that are wounded and lost will incur a full charge plus 15% VAT.

A conservation fee of $10 per trophy taken and exported will apply.

CITES license fees and permit fees will be charged where applicable.

Rifle rental is $50 per client per day, excluding the cost of ammunition.

No VAT is charged on the trophy fee if the trophies are exported under specific regulations set by the Receiver of Revenue.

VAT applies to animals in the package that are not hunted or those that are wounded and lost.

The balance of daily fees or your chosen package must be paid on or before arrival.

VAT does not apply to dipping, packing, and shipping services or to skin tanning if processed in South Africa. However, if trophies are processed in South Africa, VAT will be applied between the taxidermy industry and the Receiver of Revenue.

A 20% deposit on the total daily rates or chosen package is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but you may reschedule within two years.
